Skyline Executive Center (SEC) is not a traditional social club.
It is a curated progression ecosystem designed to connect people, projects, and capital at the right stage.
SEC memberships are structured into four clearly defined tiers—allowing individuals to enter, grow, and advance based on engagement, contribution, and qualification.
Social Pass
The SEC Social Pass provides entry-level access to public and invitational SEC events.
Social Pass holders may purchase event tickets and participate in open activities, but do not hold formal membership status or access private member groups. Event pricing is set above member rates to create a natural incentive for progression.

The SEC Talent Member tier is designed for high-potential professionals and emerging leaders seeking advancement within the SEC network.
Talent Members are admitted through referral and core review, and participate directly in SEC project execution to demonstrate value, capability, and leadership.
Best for: Operators, founders, deal executors, and rising talent.
Member
The SEC Member tier represents the foundational membership of Skyline Executive Center.
Members receive official SEC Member status, access to private member groups, and significant event privileges, including up to 50% discounted event pricing. Members are eligible to participate in curated resources, collaborations, and early-stage opportunities across the SEC network.
Admission requires one qualified referral and approval through SEC’s review process.
Best for: Established professionals, founders, and long-term community builders.

Executive Member
Capital · Leadership Layer （Limited to 20 Members)
The SEC Executive Member tier is reserved for core individuals with demonstrated project leadership and capital capability.
Executive Members receive priority access to private financing presentations, closed-door investment sessions, and early-stage deal exposure. Approved members may present vetted projects within the SEC ecosystem.
Admission is highly selective and requires two qualified referrals and verified proof of minimum $2 million in assets.
Best for: Investors, capital allocators, and senior project sponsors.
